ate favorite is Neuhaus Createur Chocolatier. This Belgian chocolatier was my first introduction to fine gourmet chocolate. Made of the highest quality European chocolate, Nuehaus is famous for its signature praline filled chocolates now used widely by many chocolate manufacturers. Neuhaus produces quality milk, dark and white chocolates with divine fillings including ganache, nuts, caramel, ganduja and coffee. This Belgian chocolatier also makes an exquisite marzipan with coffee flavor and sugar crystals.
